KaamEasy ("we", "our", "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform.

9. Partner mobile application
If you use the KaamEasy Partner app (Android / iOS), the following applies in addition to the sections above.
- Location — When you go "Online", we process device location (foreground, and background where permitted) to show you nearby booking requests and, during an active trip, to share your position with the customer for safety and coordination. You can go "Offline" to stop receiving location-based broadcasts.
- Photos & media — If you upload a profile photo, the image is stored on our servers for display in the app and admin verification flows. We request camera / photo library access only when you choose to change your photo.
- Chat & trip data — Messages sent through in-app chat and booking status updates are stored to resolve disputes, improve service quality, and meet legal obligations.
- Notifications — We may play sounds or vibrate for new tasks when you enable these options in Settings. You can adjust preferences in the app where available.
Processing is based on performing our contract with you (partner agreement), legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention), and where applicable your consent (e.g. optional permissions).
