Driver agreement
Terms for service providers on the KaamEasy partner platform.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Independent contractor
Drivers registered on KaamEasy operate as independent contractors and are not employees of the platform.
2. Driver responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration details
- Maintain valid licenses and permits
- Deliver services professionally and safely
- Comply with local laws and regulations
3. Approval & suspension
KaamEasy reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate driver accounts based on compliance and conduct.
4. Commission & payments
If payment features are introduced, applicable platform commission structures will be clearly communicated.
5. Code of conduct
Drivers must treat clients respectfully and avoid misconduct or fraudulent activity.
6. Liability
Drivers are solely responsible for their actions and services provided through the platform.
