1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a client, driver, or administrator, you confirm that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Services
KaamEasy is a digital service platform that connects clients with independent service providers. We do not directly provide transportation or other listed services; we facilitate bookings between users.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Respect other users and service providers
4. Driver Approval & Conduct
Drivers must complete the registration process and receive approval from the platform administrator. KaamEasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misconduct.
5. Booking & Payments
Clients may request services through the platform. If payment features are introduced in the future, applicable fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated.
6. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled before confirmation. Repeated cancellations or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
KaamEasy acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for service delays, cancellations, damages, or disputes arising between clients and service providers.
8. Data Protection
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information.
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
10. Changes to Terms
KaamEasy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
