How the booking process works
- Client login → choose a service → submit a booking request.
- Driver bookings are broadcast to available online drivers (with an alert sound).
- Scheduled bookings notify drivers 30 minutes before the selected time.
- After completion, both sides can leave feedback to improve quality.
