Safety policy
Safety expectations for customers and partners on driver trips and home service visits.
Effective date: 1 January 2026
Your safety matters. This policy outlines practical steps for using KaamEasy responsibly. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first (e.g. 112 in India), then notify KaamEasy support when safe to do so.
1. Driver trips
- Verify the assigned partner and vehicle details before starting a trip when shown in the app.
- Share trip details with a trusted contact when travelling late at night or on long outstation routes.
- Wear seat belts; do not distract the driver while the vehicle is moving.
- Do not request speeding, illegal U-turns, or other unsafe manoeuvres.
2. Home and on-premises services
- Ensure a safe workspace: adequate lighting, stable footing, and disclosure of hazards (pets, wet floors, electrical risks).
- A responsible adult should be present unless the service explicitly allows otherwise.
- Partners must not perform clinical medical procedures unless they are licensed and the programme explicitly provides that service.
3. Harassment and misconduct
KaamEasy does not tolerate harassment, threats, violence, or discrimination. Report incidents to support@kaameasy.in with booking ID and details. We may suspend accounts pending review.
4. Health and hygiene
Partners should maintain basic personal hygiene and follow reasonable customer requests related to footwear, masks, or sanitisation where appropriate. Customers should disclose contagious illness or isolation requirements before the visit when possible.
5. Night and outstation travel
Night-time and long-distance trips may carry additional charges as shown at booking. Plan rest breaks for long outstation drives; drivers may refuse to continue if driving would be unsafe due to fatigue.
6. Platform limits
KaamEasy provides booking technology and support channels but cannot guarantee prevention of every incident. See our Terms, Customer Protection Policy, and Disclaimer for further information.
