Customer protection policy
How KaamEasy helps keep bookings, payments, and support inside trusted platform flows.
Effective date: 1 January 2026
This policy explains practical protections for customers using KaamEasy for driver hire and home services. It works together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safety Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Book and pay through KaamEasy
Create bookings only through the official website or apps. Avoid paying unknown individuals who contact you outside the platform. If someone asks you to cancel an in-app booking and pay them directly, treat it as a red flag and report it to support.
2. Partner verification
Where enabled, partners may be asked for identity, licence, or KYC documents before accepting jobs. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee performance; always use common sense and our safety guidance.
3. Trip and service confirmation
- Driver trips may use OTP or in-app confirmation before a trip starts.
- Keep your registered mobile reachable for assignment and support messages.
- Review fare or estimate details shown at booking time before confirming.
4. Payments
Depending on the service, you may pay cash to the partner, use wallet balance, or pay online through our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). Do not share card PINs, OTPs from your bank, or UPI PIN with anyone claiming to be KaamEasy staff on phone or chat.
5. Support and disputes
For booking issues, safety concerns, or payment disputes, contact support@kaameasy.in or use the in-app / website help channels listed in our Help Center. Include booking ID, date, and a short description.
6. Ratings and accountability
After completed services you may rate partners honestly. Repeated misconduct reports can lead to warnings, suspension, or removal from the platform.
7. Limits
KaamEasy is a marketplace connecting customers with independent partners. We work to provide technology, support, and policy tools, but we cannot control every on-road or on-premises event. See our Terms and Disclaimer for liability limits.
