Drivers on KaamEasy operate as independent partners. This page summarises key responsibilities; the full Driver Agreement and Terms & Conditions also apply.
1. Licences and documents
- Maintain a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle class you operate.
- Keep registration, insurance, and permit documents current where applicable by law.
- Provide accurate KYC and profile information; do not use another person's account.
2. Safe and lawful driving
- Follow traffic rules, speed limits, and local regulations at all times.
- Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Ensure seat belts are used where required and the vehicle is roadworthy.
- Refuse requests that would require breaking the law or creating undue safety risk.
3. Professional service
- Arrive on time for accepted bookings or cancel promptly through the app if unavoidable.
- Treat customers respectfully; zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
- Keep the customer's vehicle clean and handled with reasonable care.
- Use OTP / trip-start flows as designed; do not start trips without proper confirmation.
4. Fares and communication
Charge fares consistent with KaamEasy pricing shown to the customer unless an approved override applies. Do not pressure customers to pay off-platform or cancel in-app bookings to avoid platform rules.
5. Reporting incidents
Report accidents, safety incidents, or serious customer misconduct to KaamEasy support promptly. Cooperate with reasonable investigations.
6. Consequences
Breach of these responsibilities may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, in addition to any legal consequences under applicable law.
