Cancellation policy
Rules for clients and drivers when a booking is canceled.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Client cancellation
Clients may cancel bookings before service confirmation without penalty. Frequent misuse or repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
2. After confirmation
If cancellation occurs after driver assignment, the platform may apply a nominal cancellation fee in future payment-enabled versions.
3. Driver cancellation
Drivers are expected to honor accepted bookings. Repeated cancellations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal.
4. Emergency cases
In case of unavoidable circumstances, contact support immediately.
5. Platform rights
KaamEasy reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety, fraud, or operational concerns.
